Hi Jeff,

I was shocked and sad to hear about your situation.I still remember the first time Cato and I met you at Bernards place in Vars. Two clueless boneheads from Norway dreaming of skiing fast:). The way you welcomed and treated us and made us feel part of the group right away, I will always remember that. We had some great times together and memories from those days  will always stay with me. Thank you for being a big part of that.
