’95 was definitely the biggest speed skiing year of my life. Not only did I set a new world record, I was able to win almost every race I entered. I was the dominant  force in speed skiing that year. My equipment was dialed, I was strong, I was healthy. That was definitely my year. Sometimes people ask me if I was addicted to speed. No, not addicted to speed, but I sure loved winning.
